Accounting, operations and Kora, on one ledger
Your whole businesson one ledger.
Accounting, payroll, inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, CRM and compliance in one system, on one set of records. Kora, the assistant in every plan, reads all of it. Money always waits for a person, and so does anything that cannot be undone; she works on her own only inside a standing approval you gave, and only where the effect can be put right. Every price is printed on this site, and the trial is 30 days of a real plan on your own books.
Stone Ledger is in final testing and checkout is not open yet — there is nothing to buy on this site today. The prices below are the prices, and they are what you will pay. Write to support@stoneledger.net to be told the day it opens or to ask about pilot access, and a person will answer.
No sales call and no quote to request. Every figure is on the pricing page.
Why one system
One record of each thing. Nothing to reconcile.
Most companies run accounting here, payroll there, a warehouse system, a point of sale, a CRM and a spreadsheet holding it together. Each one keeps its own copy of your customers and your stock, and somebody spends the month making them agree. Here there is one copy.
- 01
Nothing to sync, because nothing is duplicated
Your customer exists once. Your product list exists once. Your stock figure exists once. A rep quoting, a picker packing and a controller invoicing are reading the same record.
- 02
Every number opens to where it came from
Revenue on a report opens to the invoice, the invoice to the order, the order to the shipment, the shipment to the document that justifies it.
- 03
One login, one bill, one company to call
No integration contracts, no middleware subscription, no two vendors arguing about whose end is broken.
- 04
Switch parts on as you grow. Never start again
The company that adds a warehouse in year three turns a module on. The history it already has carries straight across.
One system. One set of records. Nothing to reconcile at the end of the month.
What's included
Start with the books. Add what your business does.
Every plan carries the whole ledger and Kora. The operational modules are add-ons, bought only by the businesses that do that work, on any plan. What each one costs is on Pricing.
Every plan, trial included
The whole ledger
General ledger, invoicing, bills, banking and reconciliation, sales tax, multi-currency, budgets, a period close that locks, and Kora.
Every paid plan
Portals, documents, time and billing
Your customers see and pay their invoices. Your documents carry your brand. An hour is entered once and reaches both the invoice and the pay run.
As you move up
Purchasing, payment runs, fixed assets, cash forecast
Three-way matching, bank payment runs, depreciation that posts itself and a 13-week cash forecast arrive with Business. Revenue recognition, automation and the adapter builder arrive with Corporate.
Add-on
Payroll
Runs, taxes, garnishments, filings and year end. Included in Corporate and Suite.
Add-on
Warehouse and inventory
Receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, lots and serials, and billing for a 3PL.
Add-on
Manufacturing
Bills of material, routings, work orders, work in progress and variances by cause.
Add-on
Retail and point of sale
Registers, drawers, shifts, gift cards, card settlements and a day close that ties out.
Add-on
CRM
Leads, pipeline, quotes and sales orders on the same customers as the books. Priced per seat that works deals; everyone else can read.
Add-on
Accountant and tax
Client engagements, trial balance and return diagnostics, prepared for your accountant to review and file.
Add-on
Multi-entity
Consolidate a group across currencies, with the intercompany eliminations shown as lines you can open. Included in Suite for the parent and one member.
Add-on, on every plan including Suite
SOC 2 evidence
The registers an auditor samples, the controls, the attestations and one evidence pack, built from the work as it happens rather than assembled the week before.
Kora, in every plan
An assistant that does the work and never posts without you.
Kora sits inside the system rather than beside it, so "which customers are late paying and also have an order waiting to ship?" is one question. She reads anything you can read. She prepares invoices, journals, quotes and orders for you to approve. She cannot post, pay, close or delete on her own.
- 01
Every answer points at its rows
Open them. An answer that cannot show where a number came from is a rumour, and you do not file a return on a rumour.
- 02
Every change declares how it is put right
All 292 operations that change the books say whether they rewind, are corrected forward, or cannot be undone. The ones that cannot always wait for a person.
- 03
Measured, with floors the build enforces
0.923 answerability and a 1.000 correct-refusal rate on the published question sets. The numbers are on the Kora page, with what they count.
Who it is for
From one bookkeeper to a group of companies.
Eight kinds of business, each with the exact order written out, are on Workflows. The short version:
On your own
One person, the whole ledger
The full books, time tracking, hourly billing, the customer portal and Kora. The same ledger the largest customers run on, not a cut-down tier.
A growing company
A team, and the buying side
Purchase orders with three-way matching, payment runs, fixed assets, a cash forecast and the API. Add warehouse, payroll or point of sale when you take that work on.
A group
Several companies, one close
Consolidation across companies and currencies, country packs and single sign-on, all in Suite. SOC 2 evidence is an add-on here as on every plan.
Accounting firms
Your clients' live books, not copies
Run engagements on client ledgers with access that expires when the work does, and file from the figures you reviewed. Client trust accounting is an add-on on every plan.
Warehouses and 3PLs
Run the operation, bill for it, book it
Receiving through shipping, client-owned stock kept off your own valuation, and storage and handling invoiced from the movements that did the work.
Before you ask
The questions buyers ask first, answered here.
- 01
How long does it take to move our books across?
Days, not a quarter, and it is free on every plan. Kora maps your chart of accounts, recreates every open invoice and bill, posts the rest as one opening entry at your cutover date, and refuses to sign the import off until your old trial balance and your new one agree line by line.
- 02
What happens to our history?
Your figures come across to the trial balance. Prior-year detail below it, attachments and the old system's own audit trail stay where they were. We say that up front rather than let you discover it.
- 03
What if it does not work out?
The trial is 30 days of a real plan. Afterwards your books stay readable and exportable for 60 days, and exporting is a button, not a support ticket.
- 04
Who runs it?
You do. There is no integrator, no consultant on retainer and no onboarding call to book. A module switches on from Settings the day you buy it.
- 05
Is it secure, and can our auditor see it?
Every row is scoped to your organisation in the database itself, not by a filter in the application. Every action by anyone, Kora included, is in one hash-chained audit trail an auditor can read. 40 named abuse cases are each covered by tests the build has watched pass.
- 06
Can our accountant work in it?
Yes, on every paid plan. Your accountant works your live ledger under an engagement, with access that ends when the engagement does, and files from the figures they reviewed.
Where to go next
Six pages. Each answers one question.

01
Kora
The assistant in every plan. Kora reads your ledger, stock, pipeline and payroll and answers across all of them. Money always waits for a person, anything that cannot be undone always waits, and she works on her own only inside a standing approval you gave.
-
02
The Foundation
What every plan includes, from the smallest up: the whole ledger, the close, the audit trail, the portals and Kora.
-
03
Workflows
Eight kinds of business and the exact order for each: the plan, the add-ons, and why each one is on the list.
-
04
Modules
The sixteen modules, what each one does, and which plan already carries it.
-
05
Expansions
The add-ons: the jobs you take on, the capabilities you grow into, and how each one is counted.
-
06
Pricing
Every plan and every add-on with its price. Pay for ten months, get twelve. No setup fee, no sales call.
Three ways in
Your team, your customers and your vendors do not see the same thing.
Your team gets the whole system, scoped by role. Your customers get their own invoices, statements and payments. Your vendors get their own purchase orders and remittances. Each limit is enforced on the data, not by hiding a menu.
Your customers
Customer portal
Their invoices, statements, disputes and payments. Nothing of anyone else's.
Your vendors
Vendor portal
Their purchase orders, submitted invoices and bank-change requests, which you approve.
Kora
The assistant in every plan. Kora reads your ledger, stock, pipeline and payroll and answers across all of them. Money always waits for a person, anything that cannot be undone always waits, and she works on her own only inside a standing approval you gave.
